Mykal Lee

Mykal Lee, a proud Prince George’s County native, has dedicated over 10 years to senior care and has been with Iona for nearly three years, serving in various roles within Iona Senior Services. She is also the current chair of Iona’s Good Vibes and Connection Committee, reflecting her commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive community.

Before joining Iona, Mykal worked as an Engagement Director at a center supporting older adults with Alzheimer’s and dementia, where she honed her expertise and became a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Mykal holds a bachelor’s degree from Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland, where she joined the distinguished Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and exploring her passion for creating art.
