Iona’s Loan Closet provides donated, lightly-used transport devices and other supplies to anyone in need for as long as needed—for free.

Items in our Loan Closet can include (but are not guaranteed):
- Wheelchairs (non-electric)
- Transport chairs (lightweight wheelchairs that need to be pushed)
- Rollator walkers (with and without seats)
- Tub seats and transfer benches
- Commodes
- Hand-held grabbers
- Canes
Borrow an item from Iona's Loan Closet.
If you are in need of an item, please call (202) 895-9448 and ask to speak with the front desk, or send us an email.
Please note that you must pick up any items borrowed from our Loan Closet and sign our Medical Equipment Loan Agreement Form.
