Christine Kenny
Christine brings over 13 years of dedicated non-profit experience in Washington, D.C. She began her career working with older adults as a case manager in Ward 6, gaining invaluable insights into the needs of the local community. Building on this foundation, Christine joined Iona, where she developed DC’s first Money Management Program for older adults with dementia, offering vital financial support and addressing a critical service gap for this vulnerable population. She further expanded her impact as Clinical Manager, supporting all community-based dementia programs at Iona.
Now serving as the Director of Community Programs, Christine oversees a diverse range of initiatives, including community dining, programming, activities, and social work, while continuing her steadfast commitment to serving older adults in the community.
