Meet Our Aging and Caregiving Support Team

Our licensed social worker and clinical nurse care manager specialize in working with older adults, family caregivers, and professional associates in navigating and problem solving the challenges of aging. Iona's Aging and Caregiving Support experts bring over 50 combined years of professional experience working with older adults, caregivers, and healthcare associates.

Dixcy Bosley, RN, MSN, FNP

Nurse Care Manager

Dixcy joined the Aging and Caregiving Support team in 2018. She’s spent the last 30+ years developing wellness programs, raising a family, caring for her own aging parents, and advocating for informed end-of- life care in various community settings. Dixcy graduated from Catholic University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program in 1997. She later taught community health nursing at Iona, where she first discovered its many services. Dixcy is also a member of the Aging Life Care Association. She brings a deep respect for older adults who have stories to tell and lessons to teach.

Lisa Ridner

Lisa Rindner, MSW, LGSW

Aging and Caregiving Support Manager

Lisa began her social work career at Iona in 2003, after completing an internship at Iona. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the Catholic University of America. As the Aging and Caregiving Support Manager, Lisa provides support, resources, and information that make a difference in an older adult’s quality of life, safety, and well-being. Additionally, Lisa facilitates support groups for family caregivers and older adults with memory loss. She also serves as a resource to Villages and congregations seeking to support members who are experiencing challenges with aging and caregiving, and is a member of the Aging Life Care Association.
